Started going to Burn Boot Camp a month ago. I love the atmosphere. Everybody is encouraging and welcoming. Not only do they have classes fitting my schedule, I also dont have to take time to come up with routines which one less thing to worry about. Its group classes but with one on one focus meetings. Even though its a group workout, trainers still go around the room to correct your form and encourage you to push your limit.

One of the most intense work outs I had experience. Love all the coaches . They are so knowledgeable. If you really are serious about changing your body and looking good, this is the place to go! They will modify if needed AND you will still get the results you want! Every time I go I leave with a smile knowing I did it and did it much better than I thought. Did I mention all the coaches are professional coaches. They actually will take care of your form and push you to what they know you are capable of doing. I love they believe in me way more than I believe in myself lol They are always right.

I have been attending Burn for nearly 3 months now. As someone who grew up playing sports, coming to this class makes me feel like an athlete again. The trainers are encouraging, know you by name, challenge you, and have made me the most consistent and well rounded I’ve been in years! I lifted consistently on my own for about 3 years, but it didn’t make me feel the same drive that I do every day that I choose to attend boot camp. The community is energetic, positive, and fun - you should absolutely give it a try to see if it’s a good fit for you!

Everything you’d want in a group fitness class! The environment is so fun and my coach Maddie was a blast. Everyone cheers one another on and it’s an upbeat environment. The work out was challenging but explained well and Maddie would help you when you needed it! Lots of options for every fitness level!

I joined Burn right after Memorial Day and I’ve loved it since the day I started! I had my baby two years ago and before we had him, we went through fertility treatments that were so tough on my body. Before fertility treatments I was very active in the gym, but after finally getting pregnant and then having a colicky baby for 6 months; fitness took a back seat for a long time. After I was a year postpartum I did at home workouts during my sons nap, but it was never consistent. Once I saw that Burn Bootcamp had complimentary childwatch I was 100% in. It’s a win-win for me to have time for myself to workout and for my son to socialize with other children. All the workouts I have been to are amazing and different every day. I am not one who does cardio on my own so to have someone pushing you for 45 minutes is what I need to get the workout in! The community of people and the trainers are fantastic! I love the fact that the trainers greet you by name and motivate you through the whole 45 minutes!
