Great gym! Friendly staff. Plenty of equipment options. There is some room for improvement. The weekend hours close early. Peak times are difficult to avoid crowds. Needs filtered water bottle fillers!! Would recommend overall.

I can't say enough good things about the child care staff! They are absolutely wonderful with the kids—friendly and attentive. My child always looks forward to going, and I feel completely at ease knowing they’re in such capable hands. It makes my gym experience even better knowing my little one is well cared for. Highly recommend!

Honestly, this gym is my happy place... And that's coming from someone who used to HATE working out. Ethan at the front desk is so friendly and customer oriented.... And Chris, my trainer, knows exactly what to say to motivate me. The progress I've seen in just one year is incredible thanks to the amazing team and people that go here. It's honestly like one big family... Everyone is so invested in everyone else's progress!

I have to take a moment to give Tim at LA Fitness props for his exceptional customer service. Tim is the picture of what all customer service should emulate. He went above and beyond with empathy to our situation which included calling another operations manager for assistance. I truly appreciate him listening and taking immediate action to resolve our issue.
