Just started to bring my son and immediately this place is very welcoming. The coaches utilize their time effectively and my son gets the most out of his hour training. I'm considering joining too, hit some bags and learn. Great job to the Ramos family for being a big part of the community.

Absolutley the best workout anyone can imagine. Definately worth it. If you think you're tough, then see if you can make it past the bag driills first.The whole Ramos family welcomes beginners with open arms, and it is clear their passion for the sport is spreading through the Casa Grande community. C.G. is lucky to have them!

This place was a big part of my therapy. I was out of shape goin down in a spiral after my parents deaths. This place not only got me in shape but the coaches the fighters themselves all welcoming. I had no experience at all. The time I was in there I was learning a lot. Now things R getting better, just need to get my butt back in here!
