My brother was in town visiting and he does rock climbing in Alaska, so he brought me to check it out. I learned that day that I was not built for rock climbing. However, the facility was really cool. There were other climbers there, not much interaction with the people who run it (not entirely sure who did). I did my best and glad to say I experienced it but I think I was made for a regular gym. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in the sport but it wasn't for me. They have walls for different skills levels that progressively get harder. Different setups to test/train grip strength, lots of padding everywhere, and safety tethers for the walls. You can rent equipment if you need like shoes and the tether stuff. My biggest complaint is they didn't have a working water fountain.

Drove 2 hours and it was closed. No reports on any website or social media. Called and no response. Messaged and they said that it was open, the sign just said closed. Not so, we knocked and the door was locked. No cars in the parking lot either.

Cancelled membership on May 14 via email and have been charged every month since. Sent emails to owner every month and he assures me they aren’t charging me. I dispute the transactions every month and have reported them to the BBB. Finally decided to deal with the inconvenience of cancelling the card since they will not stop charging me. Terrible customer service.

I had been trying to get to Treadstone for months, and I regret not going sooner. It's absolutely amazing. There's plenty of space to climb and different difficulties. More so, the staff is friendly.

This was a very fun and pleasant experience for my first time rock climbing. It wasn't hard to get into, and there were plenty of different routes to explore on the walls.
